TORONTO, ON – Hot on the heels of their number #1 BDS Mainstream Rock radio smash hit Raging BullOne Bad Son announce the October 13 release of their fifth studio album Made In The Name of Rock N Roll (604 Records). The album, produced by Gavin Brown (Three Days Grace, Billy Talent, The Tragically Hip), is the follow up to 2015’s successful Black Buffalo and this fall the Saskatoon natives hit the road with a 25-date Canadian tour that kicks off in Red Deer, AB on October 17 and wraps on December 16 in Saskatoon, SK.

2017 has been a career defining year for the band with the success of “Raging Bull”, which saw 14 weeks in the Top 5 on the BDS Mainstream Rock chart and was the #1 Most Added single for 4 consecutive weeks at Mediabase Active Rock. In September the band head out on tour in Germany with a key performance at the legendary Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg.

“This album took us two years to write and a lifetime to live. We’ve never pushed ourselves so hard as writers, and never been more excited with the results,” said drummer Kurt Dahl. “We feel like this album will be a game changer, and can’t wait to share these songs with the world!”

The band, known for their in-your-face stage presence have sold out multiple tours in Canada and have opened for popular rock and heavy metal acts including Buckcherry, Def Leppard, Judas Priest, Monster Truck, Papa Roach, Three Days Grace and Crash Karma.  One Bad Son has seen national success with three Top 5 singles on Canadian Rock Radio including “Scarecrows”, “Satellite Hotel” and “Raging Bull”, six Top 10 singles on Canadian Rock Radio including “Retribution Blues” and “Black Buffalo”. “Satellite Hotel” off of their fourth album, Black Buffalo, also became the bands fastest charting single to date and won a JUNO Award for Engineer of the Year for producer/engineer Eric Ratz (Monster Truck, The Arkells).
