Rock N Roll Marathon Launches Guinness Book Challenge

Just one more sleep until Stouffville, Ontario’s Earl of Whitchurch is transformed into a 24/7 concert hall! On March 17th at 7:00pm, Canada will kick off what is to become the world’s Longest Concert by Multiple Artists. Months of organization by Kevin Ker and Epidemic Music Group, along with a massive group of industry leaders, passionate volunteers, sponsors, charities and music lovers, have gone into preparing for this record-breaking event, and now the time is nearly upon us.

Over 400 Canadian musical acts will be hitting the stage at the Earl throughout the 16+ days. Audiences (which, according to the Guinness rules and regulations for this record, can never drop below 10 people at any given point) will be treated to a diverse line-up of musical performances, spanning genres from rock, pop, country, folk, and beyond, as well as some exciting special guests. Check out the full schedule here:

Response to the world record attempt has been massive, from local businesses, to politicians, to residents. With rallying support extending from beyond the community of Stouffville, to a nation excited to watch an incredible event unfold in its 150th year, this has truly become Canada’s event.
