Michael Bublé Dominates Canadian Album Charts with New Album and Christmas

In a day and age when most new albums have a terrific first week and then begin a slow decline down the charts singer Michael Bublé has defied the odds with his latest album, ❤️ (pronounced love), returning to the top of Billboard’s Canadian album sales charts this week while his 2011 album Christmas climbs to #3.

❤️ was released worldwide on November 16 and debuted at #2 in Canada.  The album reached #1 the following week but then dropped to #4 before returning to the top of the charts this week.  Christmas has become a perennial best seller since its initial release and has sold over one million copies in Canada alone.

On November 16 Bublé received his own Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in a special ceremony with guest speakers including Priscilla Presley and David Foster. He has announced a North American tour opening in Tampa, Florida on February 13th and will include stops at Madison Square Garden in NYC and LA’s Staples Center as well as 11 Canadian dates (See all dates HERE).  Every full-priced ticket purchased for the tour includes a standard CD or digital copy of ❤️

This past August, Bublé returned to the stage after a lengthy absence for shows in Dublin, London and Sydney, where he performed for over 150,000 fans. Bublé has already completed five sold-out world tours, won four Grammy Awards and sold over 60 million records over the course of his extraordinary career.
