HIGH VALLEY CONTINUE THEIR INCREDIBLE RUN WITH THEIR FIRST ACM AWARD NOMINATION AND U.S. TOP 10 HIT

Atlantic Records / Warner Music Nashville duo HIGH VALLEY have enjoyed an incredible 18 months since the release of their major label debut album, Dear Life.  In early February, the band received their third JUNO Award nomination for Country Album of the Year and then last week came word that they have been nominated for their first ACM Award for New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year. As if that wasn’t enough good news, the band’s current U.S. single, “She’s With Me,” hit the Top 10 at Country radio this week in the United States. It’s the band’s first Top 10 single in America.

These are just the latest accolades for the group led by Brad and Curtis Rempel of La Crete, Alberta.

“The past few days have been unbelievable! To have our first ACM Nomination and first Top 10 single in the same week has been so shocking,” shared Brad with Curtis adding, “We’ve always dreamed big, but never expected 2018 to start off quite this amazing!!”

In Canada, Dear Life spawned the Top 10 hits “Every Week’s Got A Friday” and “Dear Life” as well as the #1 Canadian Country radio song “I Be U Be” which has been certified gold.  This is the first time a Canadian group has reached #1 on the Country charts in the Nielsen/BDS era (since 1995) in which actual airplay in electronically monitored.  In the U.S., “Make You Mine” was released as the first single and became a Top 20 radio hit.  Both “Make You Mine” and “She’s With me” were previously released in Canada on High Valley’s independently released album, Country Line which has now been certified gold.

High Valley’s new single in Canada is “Young Forever.” The song was included on the in-game soundtrack to the hugely popular video game series Madden NFL 17.

High Valley have announced that they will be returning to Ontario in April for a series of concert dates, including a performance at the Rogers Centre in Toronto prior to the Toronto Blue Jays game with the Texas Rangers. (see full tour itinerary below). Hunter Brothers and Shawn Austin will be joining High Valley’s Canadian tour dates as support acts.

The upcoming Canadian tour dates come after the band heads overseas for performances in the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands and Australia. High Valley has also shared the stage with Shania Twain, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban and Reba McEntire, most recently opening for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s SOUL2SOUL World Tour. Profiled by CBS This Morning, High Valley has been named an artist to watch by Rolling StoneTaste of Country, Spotify, Pandora and CMT. They made their US morning television debut on NBC’s TODAY, performing their first single “Make You Mine,” which was dubbed a “Country Song of the Summer” by Billboard.

On March 23rd High Valley releases the acoustic album, High Valley: Farmhouse Sessions. The band recorded seven tracks on a farm just outside Nashville to give fans another taste of their dynamic bluegrass-meets-country sound.
