“The Canadian rockers continue to question the alleged impending doom of rock and roll over turbulent guitar licks and frantic drums and key. Maybe the self-aware band thinks the genre is dying, but they might just be resurrecting it.” – Billboard
The Glorious Sons have much to celebrate as they close out 2019 with their smash hit single “S.O.S. (Sawed Off Shotgun)” officially crowned the most played song at U.S. Rock Radio, and most played CanCon and #2 song overall on Canadian rock radio. “Panic Attack”, their lead single from their latest album “A War On Everything”, is also officially the 10th most played song on Canadian rock radio in 2019, while the second single “Kingdom In My Heart” has quickly risen into the current Top 10.
The September 2019 release “A War On Everything”, a daring 14-track collection of stadium-ready, “dirty, sweaty rock” (Alternative Press), was just named one of Classic Rock UK’s Albums of the Year, with “Panic Attack” added to Loudwire’s “Best Rock Songs of 2019” list and topping SiriusXM The Verge’s “Top 40 of 2019” list.
In celebration of the album’s release, The Glorious Sons played to a raucous hometown crowd, taking over Kingston’s Richardson Memorial Stadium for a 2.5-hour headline set for the over 14,000 fans in attendance.

Earlier this year, The Glorious Sons landed their second consecutive U.S. #1 at Billboard Mainstream Rock and Mediabase Active Rock with “Panic Attack,” which also climbed to the top of the charts at home in Canada, spending an impressive ten consecutive weeks at #1.
It’s the second time in 2019 the Canadian rockers have claimed the top slot – “S.O.S. (Sawed Off Shotgun)” reached #1 at Mainstream Rock and remained there for 4 consecutive weeks, in addition to holding the #1 spot at Active Rock in Canada for 10 consecutive weeks, spending a record-setting 64 weeks on the Canadian Rock Radio Charts and earning CRIA GOLD certification.
From headlining clubs to arenas and festival dates, 2019 saw the award-winning band play massive shows with The Rolling Stones and Twenty-One Pilots and tour across the U.S. with The Struts. Heading into 2020, The Glorious Sons will embark on a massive North American tour in support of ‘A War On Everything,’ kicking off January 16th in Harrisburg, PA and marking the group’s highly-anticipated return to Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, where they wrapped the critically acclaimed larger than life “S.O.S.” tour last winter.
