Winner of the 2019 Juno Award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year
21 March, 2019 (TORONTO, ON) — JUNO Award-winning, pop iconoclast bülow has announced the release of her new EP, Crystalline, on April 5th via Wax Records /Republic Records/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. Music fans can listen to the EP’s debut single, “Sweet Little Lies,” here.
The news of the release comes days after bülow picked up the award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2019 JUNO Awards in London, ON. The nineteen-year-old singer and first-time nominee accepted the prestigious award on Sunday’s live broadcast in front of a packed audience. Ahead of winning her first JUNO, bülow performed a captivating medley of her hit tracks, “Two Punks In Love” and “Not A Love Song” at the annual ceremony. Watch the performance, here.
The EP’s catchy single, “Sweet Little Lies” was written about the idea of creating false realities and escapes. The song last follows last years acoustic hit track, “Two Punks In Love” and is a preview of what fans can expect on the upcoming EP.

Toronto-based bülow has made a name for herself in a short amount of time, most recently making her SXSW debut, as well as winning Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the 2019 JUNO Awards, all in under a week. And just yesterday, it was announced that bülow will be joining this year’s line-up at the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago.
bülow first burst onto the music scene with the release of EPs Damaged Vol. 1 & Damaged Vol. 2, each instantly resonating with critics and new fans alike.
