The Glorious Sons Release Explosive New Single “Panic Attack” Ahead Of Shows With The Rolling Stones, Twenty One Pilots, The Struts & Major Festival Dates

TORONTO, ON (June 5, 2019)– JUNO Award winners The Glorious Sons return today with their explosive new single “Panic Attack” (Black Box), a driving, brutally honest track about anxiety’s all-encompassing grip, delivered by frontman Brett Emmons’ signature snarl. In the visceral accompanying video, directed by Brume., Brett finds himself strapped to a chair with walls closing in as he attempts to escape his own nightmare-ish panic attack. Watch the video for “Panic Attack” HERE.

The song is yet another milestone in an exciting year for The Glorious Sons – they had their first Billboard #1 with “S.O.S. (Sawed-Off Shotgun)” which held the #1 slot on the Active and Modern rock charts for 4 consecutive weeks in the U.S. and spent 10 consecutive weeks at #1 at Rock Radio in Canada. Additionally, “S.O.S.” spends a record-setting 64thweek on the Canadian Rock Radio Charts this week, firmly planting The Glorious Sons in uncharted territory. On June 29th they’ll open as direct support for The Rolling Stones on their only Canadian date, and on July 7th, they’ll play with Twenty One Pilots as part of Festival d’été in Québec. The band hits the road for a summer tour with The Struts beginning June 27th.

The Glorious Sons have built an unprecedented grassroots following for their signature brand of “dirty, sweaty rock” (Alternative Press). Their 2018 album ‘Young Beauties and Fools’ won the JUNO Award for Best Rock Album, and the CRIA-certified GOLD single “Everything Is Alright” became their first #1 at the Alternative Radio format. The band’s extensive 2018 touring schedule saw them play 12 different countries across 10 different time zones, including an acclaimed sold-out performance at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto to cap off their North American headline tour.
